This is the new couple of Temptation Island VIPS – and we have the first video footage

Well, that gives me a slight error in the brain pan. Channah dropped the pregnancy bomb last week that you knew was coming, but that a new couple (and thus intimidating, strange, and scary ooooh) is introduced right away is something we Dutch people find a bit unnecessary.

Because: newcomers are never just welcomed with open arms and must first earn their stripes. Or something. Just imagine being in the spotlight after five episodes of cultivating favorites in terms of likability. You have to be really, really fun for that to happen. Furthermore: when Channah and Quentin leave the villas, the two strongest characters of this season are gone. The production must have been pulling their hair out there in Thailand.

But of course they managed to save the situation. After Chan & Quen's departure, she immediately flew in a new couple. What we know about the two? He is a personal trainer and works out like crazy – also evidenced by the good block box on his stomach – and she is also a fit chick/model/healthy-lifestyle-lover if we are to believe Instagram. Why the two fall under the category of ‘Very Important Person’ version of the program is still a mystery to me, but it is certain that it won't be boring with the arrival of these little rascals.
