This is your biggest nightmare

Maybe a total kamikaze action with this weather, but I choose to sit on a terrace. Hop, a good glass of white wine and a bit of monkey watching. I look up and see a woman waving from a balcony. At that point, the clouds suddenly turn a sort of brown with green. Hmm. Strange color for a cloud.
I take a sip and suddenly hear a dull thud. Screaming. A parasol flies over the terrace. Panic. Terrace tables topple over, everyone around me screams and then the thing happens that you hope you never have to see. The woman who was just waving from the balcony has jumped down. Like a ripe mango landing on the terrace. The woman is my grandmother. I swallow a wave of nausea. ‘We'll clean her up, because we are rich!’ a man shouts at me on the right. He laughs maniacally. Two seconds later, I find myself on a golf course. Alone.
The. Only. Thing. I. Can. Think. Of. When. I. Wake. Up. Is. What. The. Actual. Fuck. I don't know what it is with this weather, but I dream intensely. I do that more often (evidence 1: my head is disturbed), but with this ridiculous warm weather, I sometimes dream something similar to the above story three times a night. Why is that actually? As always, the internet has the answer. The more soundly or better you sleep, the less chance of a nightmare. Not for nothing is one of the tips for people who sleep poorly, to keep your bedroom as cool as possible. But what about those ridiculous nightmares?
A nightmare is something that takes place on the border between sleeping and being awake. So you are not really sleeping well or fully. How do you minimize the chance of nightmares with this weather as much as possible? Make sure your pillow is not too hot, buy a really good fan if you don't have one yet, and get that duvet out of its cover very quickly. According to experts, the perfect temperature is between 17 and 21 degrees Celsius. Because the opposite also applies: if your bedroom is too cold, then grandmothers (my god) fly off the balcony.
Sleep well, huh, tonight...
