This restaurant has a four-course menu with truffle on the menu until February

Truffle temporarily? No way. You always want truffle and preferably in multiple courses, if possible.

Pop-up restaurant 5&33 in Amsterdam came up with a truffle menu last year and it turned out to be a hit. Therefore, you can now always go to this location for truffle, truffle, and more truffle. Four courses featuring white truffles from Italy, what more could one want? And as if that wasn't enough, you can come eat their signature dish every Tuesday: the Truffle Taglionini. In other words: heaven on a plate.

• Fried cauliflower with a hollandaise sauce of smoked ham, shallots,
• Pecorino and truffle
• Smoked buffalo ricotta ravioli with truffle
• Lamb, artichoke, and truffle
• Creamy hazelnuts with a salted chocolate crumble and truffle

Are you drooling yet? We are too. Until the end of February 2020, you can indulge in these four courses, so go get it. You won't regret it, maybe just feel even hungrier. And if you want, you can also have a bite every Tuesday, then for 35 euros you get a truffle starter, the famous 5&33 truffle pasta, and a glass of Franciacorta. Not bad either. Hey, thank us later.
