When I count the days I run past the fresh food counter for a soup, I think I end up with an average of at least once a week. I usually end up with a basil-tomato variety, which is pretty boring after a hundred times, and so kudos to Unox for providing us with a fresh soup from now on. How about pepper parsnip and a hint of chilli or a fine mix of pumpkin and carrot? Maybe a lentil onion to warm yourself up with?
