A platter of oysters and a salad with edible flowers

Desire does not exist, at least not until you've tasted it in person. That's how I had my first oyster around the age of eighteen, accompanied by a glass of bubbles. I didn't know it at the time, but when I tasted it, I was sold. Just like with the edible flowers that I once had on my plate. They were violets, which I had only seen in grandpa's garden until that moment. They are just as delicious as they are cheerful. If you've never tried it, may I suggest you take a trip to our friends at Lidl? There you'll find the Zeeland creuses on the shelf. Tastes delicious with some fresh pepper on top or a homemade vinaigrette. You even get an oyster knife with it. And if you don't like oysters, then opt for a box of fresh flowers for garnish and cheer on your plate. It looks a lot more professional right away. Hop hop, off to Lidl.
