The only thing you need to make your party unforgettable

The first time I had one; I still remember it. It was halfway through a bottle of Moët, which I needed because I didn't dare to fully commit. Let me put it this way: it was a small step for mankind, but a big one for me. Once I slurped it down, I knew what I was missing. The brininess, the little kick (I had one with a spicy dressing), it was just one huge flavor explosion. Explosion doesn't quite cover it.

By the way, it looks chic too, I think that's because it requires craftsmanship and skill (yes, those men can pack). The knife comes into play, you need a cool glove, on the hip hangs a reservoir for one half, and on the belt the garnish. It elevates everything you do, including our party. Suddenly, such an intensely handsome figure came asking if I wanted an oyster with my glass of champagne. I was on my way to a behind-the-scenes location, but I hit the brakes and turned on my heels. Did I want an oyster? Of course I wanted an oyster. I started waving like a fool to Kiek (fellow oyster lover) and a girlfriend of mine who can appreciate an oyster from time to time (or more often). And so we stood there, three of us, sipping from a glass and enjoying an oyster.
