YES: A vegan Magnum is coming

Magnum

Good news for vegans and people with lactose intolerance: Magnum is coming out with vegan ice cream. The same Magnum, the same creamy inside, and yes: the same crunchy chocolate layer that we all love, but dairy-free. And that in two different flavors.

Unilever is finely tuning into the changed number of vegans in the Netherlands. Where there were 16,000 twenty years ago, there are now 110,000. Saying goodbye to animal products? Then you were saying goodbye to a bite of such a delicious creamy Magnum, but fortunately, that is now changing.

100 percent vegan

The ice cream is made from pea protein, a plant-based alternative to dairy. This ensures that the ice cream is just as creamy as you are used to. The Belgian master chocolatiers from Callebaut provide the crunchy layer, because that must never be lost, of course.

Get it here

From March, you can simply get the Magnum Classic and Almond at the Appie. Just a few more weeks to wait before we all storm into Albert Heijn. Crunch!
