25 questions to ask yourself at the end of the year

Just sit down for a moment for the conversation with yourself. I mean: it shouldn't be that difficult, we chat with others all day long. But do you do it with yourself too? Taking stock gives an overview, but also insight. Are you actually happy with the life you lead? What would you like more of, what would you like to change? Sometimes we rush through that train so much that we don't even realize that we are unconsciously - step by step - becoming a better version of ourselves.

This positive questionnaire helps you to pause for the small successes. So grab a pen and paper, sit down comfortably, and get to work. It's also fun if your loved ones fill out the same list so you can share the answers with each other.
