Big Brother is coming back on TV

Guess who’s back, back again… The show that brought us KnuffelRuud, Bart and Kelly. The show that has never been off the air in Germany and where the participants — without knowing it — went into self-quarantine and suddenly heard that there was a pandemic in the world. Yes indeed, Big Brother is coming back on TV.
Now, of course, that’s a show that can be made completely corona-proof. Put a handful of people in a house for a hundred days where they can’t get out and you’ve got them in that self-quarantine, so that one and a half meters doesn’t need to be anywhere. I also bet that putting that handful of people in one house won’t ensure one and a half meters distance… Quite the opposite. Oooh, this is going to be delicious TV again, right? Enjoy.
RTL Boulevard announced yesterday that Big Brother is officially coming back. There’s no date yet, but I actually assume that this will be set up quite quickly. These plans were already there in February, when Boudewijn Beusmans (from Endemol Shine) said that there were concrete plans because Big Brother is ‘more relevant than ever in the current context’.
So just a little patience, but that won’t take long. And then we can hang in front of the TV again every day. What will that house look like? Are there any celebrities participating? That would really be too hilarious. Instagram influencers who suddenly can’t use their phones for a hundred days. More delicious romances that will of course arise. Fights — because we also love drama. Big Brother is watching youuuuu. CAN'T WAIT.
