Challenge accepted: this takes over Instagram
Have you opened Instagram today? Then there is a very good chance that you have already seen them pass by: the black-and-white photos of various women. With the simple caption ‘Challenge accepted’. What is going on here and why is this taking over Instagram?
The idea behind the photos is #womansupportingwomen: every woman who is nominated to participate must also nominate 50 inspiring women herself. And you can imagine that it goes pretty quickly if everyone nominates 50 women... Result: my entire Instagram is black and white. Full of beautiful, strong women, that it is.
There have been challenges on social media among women before. From posting the color of your underwear online to what you had for breakfast... I was never really part of it. But this challenge makes me happy. So hereby I nominate all of you: post your most beautiful photo, in black and white. And nominate others again. Spread the love today.
