Check out the trailer for Grace and Frankie

Yes yes yes, the wait is almost over. It's not that the offering on Netflix is currently meager (far from it), but this new season of Grace and Frankie is very welcome. In case you didn't know or had forgotten: January 15 is the day. Nice on a Wednesday, so block that evening in advance. Time to start on the 16 (YES) episodes. And unfortunately also to say goodbye, because this is the very last season.

A month ago we were already treated to some stills from the last season. All nice and well of course, but a trailer gives you just a bit more. And here it is. It starts with, how could it be otherwise, the announcement of Grace and Nick's wedding. Frankie is not exactly thrilled about it, and Grace also shows a bit of doubt here and there. I still remember Nick as father Cohen from The OC and since then I have been a fan. Although I wonder if this will have a happy ending.

Their exes are still a happy couple, although an operation is needed for that. Fortunately, there are also plenty of light-hearted jokes and literal toilet humor, as the BFFs decide to come up with their own toilet design. #lifegoals? I don't know, but the design looks quite professional. In any case, it seems like there will be plenty happening in the upcoming 16 episodes. And of course: HOW will it end? I'm already preparing for an emotional evening.

Well, check that trailer below and prepare yourself a bit for that goodbye. Fun fact: after this season, Grace and Frankie will be the longest-running series on Netflix. So a bit of going out with a bang. In any case, a very nice record to have to your name. But pff, couldn't they have gone on for just one more season?
