De Ellen DeGeneres-saga gaat verder...

Honestly, it feels weird. Being a prominent advocate for LGBTQ rights myself, now Ellen has to apologize for intimidating behavior. Her talk show is under fire for the unfriendly work environment. But what is the truth? Is she really an evil person or are people stirring things up here? Where there's smoke, there's fire? Or is there a number of rotten apples within her team that supposedly ‘on behalf of Ellen’ has made the work atmosphere unsafe?
When someone is being accused hard, there are of course two options: silence or a hard defense. Ellen's inner circle team chooses option two: ATTACK BACK. What is needed for that? What celebrities and a hashtag: #IstandbyEllen.

‘I stand behind Ellen,’ Portia de Rossi throws onto the web on Monday. ‘To all the fans… We see you. Thank you for your support,’ writes the actress, who has been married to Ellen for twelve years. Katy Perry also stands up for the talk show host. ‘I know I can't speak for others, but I want to say that I have always had positive experiences with Ellen and her show,’ writes the singer on Twitter. ‘I think we all have received the light she brings to the world and her fight for equality.’
In moments like this, I understand why the legal system says this: you are only innocent until proven otherwise. Let's hope Warner Bros. speeds up that internal investigation. For everyone.
