From next level breakfast to late night dinner: these are the tastiest recipes from the Airfryer throughout the day

And when I talk about next level, we’re really going sky high, so delicious. No idea if you remember our Licor 43 apple turnovers but these four (!) #lifegoals recipes are incredibly comparable. And believe me: those turnovers went through the roof. Anyway, back to today, where I’ll tell you how to conjure up the tastiest recipes from your Philips Airfryer XXL throughout the day. If you’re wondering why I love diving into the kitchen with the Airfryer, let me explain. From frying and grilling to baking and roasting: the Philips Airfryer XXL has it all. The Airfryer uses hot air to achieve a super crispy flavor, allowing you to cook with 90% less fat (you also don’t use oil, making your meals much healthier). Plus: it doesn’t need to preheat, so it’s immediately at the perfect temperature and after use, everything can be easily tossed into the dishwasher. Anyway, back to the next level, lifegoals story: we start the day with a very Instagrammable baked avocado with egg, slide in a portobello pizza for lunch, and treat yourself to a sushi roll after the tastiest Snickers popcorn snack at dinner. Oh guys, you will be forever grateful to me, so delicious.

- 2 teaspoons sliced bell pepper
- 4 Kalamata olives (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 64 grams hummus

3. Place the portobellos on a rack and place that in the Airfryer XXL. Bake the portobellos for 3 minutes.
4. Remove the portobellos from the Airfryer and top each with equal portions of zucchini, bell pepper, and olives, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried basil.
5. Put the portobellos back in the Airfryer for another 6 minutes (or longer) until they are soft.
6. Place on a plate and top with hummus and fresh basil. If you want, you can put the portobellos back in the Airfryer to warm up the hummus a bit.

Crunchy sushi roll
What do you need?
- For the kale salad
- 200 grams of chopped kale
- ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¾ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
For the kale sushi rolls
- portion of sushi rice at room temperature
- 3 sheets of nori
- half an avocado
For the sriracha mayonnaise
- 33 grams of mayonnaise
- sriracha (to taste)
For the outside
- 65 grams of panko breadcrumbs
How do you make it?
Make the kale salad
1. Throw the kale, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and soy sauce into a large bowl. Mix everything together with your hands. Stir in the sesame seeds and set aside.
Make the kale sushi rolls
2. Place a sheet of nori on a dry surface. Wet your hands, take some rice, and place it on the nori. The idea is to get a thin layer of rice over almost the entire sheet. On one side, you want to leave about half a centimeter without rice; this will seal your roll later.
3. At the end of the nori sheet (opposite the empty centimeter), place about 2 to 3 tablespoons of kale salad and top with a few slices of avocado. Starting from the side with the filling, roll your sushi up and gently press to get a nice, tight roll. When you reach the end, use the piece of nori without rice to seal the roll. If necessary, wet the nori and stick the roll together.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make the other 2 sushi rolls.
Make the sriracha mayonnaise
5. Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha until you are satisfied with the taste. Start with 1 teaspoon and gradually add more, half a teaspoon at a time, until you have the spicy mayo of your dreams.
Bake and cut
6. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a bowl.
7. Take your first sushi roll, cover it with sriracha mayonnaise, and then roll it in the panko. Place the roll in your Airfryer basket. Repeat this with all sushi rolls.
8. Air fry the sushi for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Gently shake after 5 minutes.
9. Once the rolls have cooled, cut them into pieces. Note: do this carefully, or you will squeeze the ingredients out of the roll.
10. Serve with soy sauce.
