LIFEGOALS: Licor 43 apple turnovers from the Airfryer (or oven)

Do you know what it is with delicious food, but really delicious delicious food? It's indescribably good. Take our office-made apple turnovers with Licor 43 for example. The warm apple and the hint of cinnamon combined with a generous splash of Licor 43 is like taking a bite out of heaven. And although an oven or Airfryer is needed, this recipe is still very easy and can be whipped up in no time. How do you make it? Look, shiver, and quickly fill puff pastry with slightly tipsy apples. Absolutely delicious.

What do you need? 

• 4 slices of puff pastry
• 20 grams of sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 apples
• 1 egg
• and a generous splash of Licor 43

How long in the oven or Airfryer?
15 minutes in the electric oven at 225 ºC, convection oven at 210 ºC, gas oven at setting 5-6 or 12 minutes in the Airfryer at 180 ºC.
