Hell to the yes: Season 3 of YOU is confirmed
Isn't everyone waiting for this? The second season of YOU has not even been out for a month and it has already been confirmed that there will be a third season. Now, of course, we all hoped for that, because the second season — spoiler alert, just a little one — ended with a cliffhanger. Because that neighbor, we still need to get to know her. By the way, the internet went completely loco that it might be Joe's mother, but Penn Badgley himself already shot that down. That would absolutely not be the case. I don't mind, because that incest route doesn't necessarily have to happen for me.
But that third season definitely has to happen for me. When exactly the third season will be on Netflix is still not entirely clear. The first two seasons were available on Netflix at Christmas, but unfortunately, we have to wait a bit longer for season 3 than Christmas 2020, because it is expected that the season will only be released in 2021. That's a bit disappointing, Netflix.
By the way, don't expect Joe and Love to still be in LA, because the creators plan to move them to Suburbia. A bit of a Desperate Housewives neighborhood with a Joe Goldberg? Oh yes. Wisteria Lane turns into Hysteria Lane. It can only get even weirder than season 2.
