Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: cheese fondue through your mailbox.

For all cheese lovers among us: we have good news. From now on, you can also enjoy your favorite cheese fondue at home. You will receive your cheese fondue in your mailbox and in five simple steps, you can dip deliciously.

Restaurant In ’t Goede Uur in Haarlem is one of the oldest restaurants in Haarlem and is known for their cheese fondues. And many people are really missing that now. Because what is better and cozier than hanging over a pot of steaming cheese together? Exactly. And now you can also do that at home.

Fresh, of course!
As a true cheese lover, you certainly don't want to mess around with supermarket packages and bags, but you only want a real fresh cheese fondue. How convenient, because whatever cheese fondue you order, it is prepared in the restaurant. You will then receive it in a vacuum package through your mailbox.

Eight different types
You can choose from no less than eight (!) different types of cheese fondue. Will you go for a classic cheese fondue made with organic Gouda cheese, Swiss Gruyère, and a splash of kirsch, for a cheese fondue with beer (besides beer, a splash of gin is also added to this fondue, mmm!) or would you prefer a slightly richer variant? Then go for the cheese fondue with forest mushrooms and a splash of white port or the cheese fondue with truffle. The latter is made with Gruyère, Manchego, farmhouse cheese, truffle tapenade, and finished with a splash of grappa. It doesn't get much more gourmet than this. Whatever your preference, here you can order your cheese fondue.

In 5 simple steps… attack!
Prepare, unpack, melt, whip, and serve; that's all you need to enjoy your cheese fondue like a pro.

Serve a fresh salad with the cheese fondue and especially plenty of hearty bread. Also, pickles like cornichons, cold cuts, sliced raw vegetables, mushrooms, and pear slices are good dippers. And what wine do you drink with it? Read our golden wine tips for your cheese fondue.
