Going on vacation with your sister is good for your health

Of those things you always shout and say you will plan - yes nice, we will do it quickly - but it never really happens.

Going on vacation with your sister or sibling. How cozy is that? Finally time to really catch up, to talk extensively about ups and downs, to laugh and cry, to drink one wine too many on the beach and just like before, simply enjoy being together. No rush to have to return to your own lives. Just bringing your lives together. Especially because you have been on vacation together so often in the past, you won't be caught by surprise. You know what you have in each other.

Why you should especially go on vacation with your sister? Spending time with your sis makes you happier. Scientists at Ulster University discovered this. And so we snap at each other sometimes, we say it when the other is not doing well, we talk about dramas and misery. We are open and can have a fit of giggles just three minutes after an argument. On average, you have a serious fight with your brother or sister about twice a week. We have been there. But now that we are older and wiser... We understand each other without too many words. We can sense when something is wrong with the other. We sometimes have busy lives, but we never forget each other. We text every day. Only... That sister vacation never happened. It seems like a nice goal for 2020, sisters. Who's booking? Going on vacation with your sister or sibling. How cozy is that?
