Is this then the Mole of 2020?

Half the fun of watching Who is the Mole? lies in all the clues hidden in the episodes. Moles are exposed multiple times per season, and more than once, viewers are sure that this clue was not planned and that they have unmasked the Mole.

So yes, that has happened again. But now the viewers definitely know. Let's just say: really very sure. And even I, as a critical viewer, am a bit hesitant, but this could very well be it, you know. The creators could have thought that the avid viewers would dig into this thoroughly, but who knows, maybe they dropped the ball this year... Yes, be careful, here come the spoilers.

In this weekend's episode, all the candidates received a personal hint from the Mole. Handwritten. And how do all the candidates remember their clues and brainwaves? Right, in a little book. Where they write everything down. So 1 + 1 = 2 and luckily I didn't have to do this myself, but enthusiastic mole fans have compared all the handwriting with each other.

Yes, you can't really get around this, can you? In any case, it is certain for me that the text was written by Jeroen. Then it seems clear to me that he is indeed the Mole, unless the creators have come up with some trick again... But there is another clue.

In that same episode, Jeroen stands in front of the mirror, on which it is written during the next shot: ‘I am the Mole’. Jeroen then. I am definitely convinced: Jeroen is simply the Mole 2020.
