On this date, the final season of Modern Family is online

That this series would end we have known for a while, but that it has already ended in America I don't quite realize. Maybe that's actually a positive aspect of us always being behind. Because I feel like we just got season 10 in our hands and we're already being served season 11 (the very last one).

So that's guaranteed to be crying, because I found Modern Family a bit of a replacement for Friends. It doesn't matter which episode, which season. An episode in between is always fine, so those countless reruns on Comedy Central (which are already happening) I don't mind at all. In fact, stop with that Family Guy and American Dad (does anyone seriously like that?) and just do Friends and Modern Family. Alright, and very occasionally How I Met Your Mother.

But before that, we obviously want to binge that last season, and that can almost happen. On January 1st, namely. So there's a good chance you'll be hungover then, and in my case also a bit more emotional, and then just cozy with a blanket doing nothing but watching this and ordering food. Isn't that honestly the best way to start 2021?
