Most beautiful in the world? That has become a Dutch one
Hello beautiful people. To get straight to the point: I hear it's code yellow over there in the Netherlands? Oh dear. I'm currently writing this from the very sunny Bali (Sidemen to be precise — highly recommended) with a very nice view. Yes sorry, I just wanted to share that. So that your Monday might start just a little bit better… No, that's silly.
But even though there's a little ocean in between, I still want to share some nice news with you. About handsome people. Beauty pageants, to be a bit more specific. To be honest, I don't really care much for them, although I believe they are a lot less old-fashioned nowadays. Well, there was such a beauty contest last weekend in the Philippines, the ‘Manhunt International’, and we won some prizes. It's typical how I say ‘we’ when the Netherlands wins something again. Ajax played particularly poorly last week, so I currently feel less of that ‘we’ feeling with them.
But here we won some prizes, and not just any: the most beautiful man in the world. Yes indeed, he comes from the Netherlands in 2020. From Dalem, to be precise. Where? A village near Gorinchem apparently, where they also apparently produce beautiful people. Paul Luzineau (23) took the honor and can introduce himself without shame as the prettiest boy alive for the coming year.
Mr. studied Sports and Movement Sciences but was already elected Mister Netherlands then. That study took a back seat. Now that he has this under his belt, I guess we won't find him much in the study benches anymore. Hey Paul, when you're back in the Netherlands, time for a coffee? Hmm, I think there are more people lurking around for that...
