This is the cast of Ferry

Maybe you should think twice, because what was Ferry again for heaven's sake? Well, let me refresh your memory: the spin-off of Undercover. YES, I'm of course talking about Ferry Bouman. There is very exciting news about that: the cast is known.

That Frank Lammers and Elise Schaap are returning was already known, but hooooly shitballs, people, what an incredibly cool cast they have managed to gather. Raymond Thiry is back as John (love him), and… Drumroll… MONIC HENDRICKX. This is just genius? Penoza meets Undercover. So cool. She will play the role of Claudia, Ferry's sister. I can't wait to see how she will do that accent. This is going to be enjoyable.

The rest of the cast is also very pleasant, you know: Yannick van de Velde (Rundfunk), Mike Weerts, and Huub Stapel, and the latter will play a major hash baron.

Ferry will take place in 2006, in Amsterdam. Ferry then works for that big hash baron. When the baron's son is attacked, Ferry is tasked with catching the perpetrators. And that task brings him back to his birthplace in Brabant, where his family still lives and he is quite apprehensive about that. But a little bonus is that he meets his charming neighbor Danielle.

Filming starts this week, so a release date is still a bit away… But September 6 is getting closer: then Undercover season 2 will finally be available on Netflix.
