This is the Christmas movie you want to see

Honestly, I don't really care much for Christmas. The best part about it is the abundant food, Christmas music, and Christmas movies. In no particular order. And yes, of course I watch every year Love Actually back but I can equally enjoy those terribly bad Christmas romcoms. And for that, you obviously have to go to the streaming services.
Netflix for example, which already announced a lineup of Christmas movies this year. For example, the sequel to The Princess Switch, in which Vanessa Hudgens played a dual role. Seriously: in the second part, she has three roles. HOW? That's going to be so bad and I'm going to watch it right away. But luckily, there are also genuinely fun movies to look forward to.
It's called Happiest Season and to get straight to the point: it might not be on Netflix. At least not initially, that's for sure. Hulu is going to stream it, so we might need to arrange a VPN en masse. Because you want to see this one.
The lead role is played by Kristen Stewart, who forms a couple with Mackenzie Davis. The parents of the latter don't know that their daughter is into women and thus don't know about their relationship. But yes, she is going to see her parents at Christmas and her girlfriend is coming along. In other words: it's going to be chaos. Because those conservative parents are not going to accept that.
And yes, this is the very first LGBTQ Christmas movie that exists. A bit long overdue, but well: better late than never. Just check the trailer and you'll know. This one is going to be great.
