
A while ago, our friends worked with from FavorFlav Emma. And Emma had a magnetic effect on us in many ways. She was incredibly fun, that’s for sure, but especially there was always something in her bag that we liked to nibble on. One day she had noodles with tender braised chicken that had been marinated for three days, or she had just biked to this and that place for the perfect mozzarella and tomatoes that still really taste like Italy, and so on.
Emma loved beautiful things, truly. But if she had to choose between a designer bag or a dinner at Sergio Herman, she chose the latter. That Emma has now written a cookbook: Amazing Asia. With all her favorite dishes. I definitely want it. The cover already looks like a pearl in your kitchen, and if Emma wrote it, you know it’s good. Goodness, soon my colleagues will be following me, begging for a bite of the lunch I have with me. That’ll be the day.
