We need: the 10 best waterproof mascaras

Every morning I check Buienradar and secretly peek from one floor up at everyone walking outside. If the app doesn't indicate rain, but I see most of the early birds with a waterproof jacket, I trust that. The app is more often wrong than right these days, don't you think? Now I wear my Rains suit during such a shower, but unfortunately (can someone design this?) there is nothing that really covers my face well. Luckily, my foundation is tough and stays nicely in place, but my mascara on the other hand, has slowly spread over my cheeks. That needs to change.
