Working from home day 10; may I take a shower during lunch?

During a get-together on Houseparty, I found out that my colleague also puts on his shoes to work from home. I am just as guilty of this act, it was recognition all around. By wearing shoes, I feel more active. Ready to do something or tackle a task. Without them, I feel too relaxed. I can't clean my house in slippers, that goes completely against my nature. To top it off, at the end of the day, kicking off my shoes is the epitome of being free. In short: we do strange things when we work from home.
Even though Jan and everyone else shout that we must stick to structure, sometimes it just doesn't work out. Today is one of those days for me. I did get up at seven, had a sandwich with a boiled egg and chives, and walked five kilometers in the woods with the dog, but upon returning home, things went wrong. I needed to shower, but suddenly it seemed smarter to do that around noon (?) instead.
Since I wasn't going to shower yet, I didn't have to dress nicely, which is why I'm still sitting in a faded Hema shirt with long sleeves and my colleagues have seen this too, because: video calling with a cup of coffee. Since I wasn't going to shower yet, I also didn't have to put on makeup, because that would just wash off again and that would be a waste. Logical. So my colleagues saw me with uncombed hair, no makeup, and in a faded shirt cuddling with the dog. Yes, nothing is as it seems in quarantine.
I just had my schizophrenic lunch. By the way, I did this around half past twelve, but in parts. First, I had a cracker with hummus, pickle, and sriracha (just like I do at the editorial office), ten minutes later I started on a cup of tomato soup, and fifteen minutes later I made another cracker with hummus and sriracha. Because of the divided lunch, it feels like I haven't had lunch, which makes me inclined to have lunch again. Which, of course, is not handy for my quarantine kilos.
Long story short: am I actually allowed to shower around noon? It would be quite strange if you did it at the office, but hey, I'm not at the office. Just to shower, I do have to take off my shoes, and that brings the danger of losing my work-from-home mode. But to stay unwashed behind the laptop for the rest of the afternoon...
Status of work-from-home day 10 in quarantine: a bit confused.
