Baileys for at work

To be honest, as soon as I see that there is Baileys in something, anywhere, I'm sold. Whether it's Easter eggs or, Espresso Martinis or Magnum ice creams… I want it all. And yes, you can see it coming: I have another new Baileys treat that I just had to try.
Here it is: Baileys fudge with caramel. So, ready-made in a can. I know that fudge is really mega easy to make yourself, but buying it ready-made is just a bit easier.

Where can you get this?
Well, very simple – although you might not expect it right away – you can just order it on Bol.com. Because I got really excited about this, I did some further research online… And I found out that there is also a variant with sea salt caramel. That seems even tastier and even though I have to order it from England or America via Ebay, I want to try this. But until that arrives, I’m going to create a recipe for it myself, because sea salt caramel must be possible to make at home too, right? Once I’ve perfected it, I’ll share it of course. Already looking forward to the whole tasting process.
