Finally: the trailer for the fourth season of The Handmaid’s Tale

My god, this has taken a while. Way too long actually. Inconsiderately long. Of course, there was a pandemic in between, but to be honest: The Handmaid’s Tale hasn’t sped things up. It never did, because we always have to wait.

Okay, enough complaining, because the trailer for season 4 is out and that’s just really good news because the wait is almost over. April 30 — we finally have a date — we can binge again and oh my, the trailer looks great, I must say.

Super grim of course, just as we expect. And by the way: Billie Eilish as background music fits so well with it.

‘Let freedom reign’ is splashed across the screen in blood-red letters. Oooh, this is going to be so cool. Is June safely escaped from Gilead? It seems so. We also get a brief glimpse of Serena and Fred and honestly: I’ve missed both of them. I’ve missed everyone from The Handmaid’s Tale and I’m now blocking April 30 in my calendar.
