Finally, Sex Education is back

So, that took a while. And of course: there was a pandemic in between, but seriously, Netflix? Are you making us wait this long for season 3 of Sex Education? Okay, to be fair: the wait hasn't been too bad, but we have earned it. I was a bit afraid it would be 2022 before we finally got started again, but fortunately that's not the case.
The release date has been announced: September 17 is when Sex Education returns. And just a little refresher, because season 2 ended quite dramatically. Maeve and Otis were finally going to become a couple, but we saw in the last seconds of that second season that they completely missed each other. Will it finally be love between them this season? YES please, if it were up to me.
Maybe there will be some complications again, because there are a number of new faces joining. We have Cal, a gender-neutral student at Moordale high school. We also meet Mr. Groff's older brother, Peter, and Elsie's foster mother, Anna.
Fun fact: the third season has its own slogan. ‘Change is coming,’ which is undoubtedly a reference to Game of Thrones.
Even more fun: Netflix has released some images. No moving images in the form of a teaser or trailer, no, we have to make do with these photos for now. And I think I'm just going to binge that second season again, because I could use a refresher. This really remains one of the best series available on Netflix, right? Just a little longer to wait then.
