Jennifer Aniston found the Friends reunion incredibly heavy

It's not normal how beautiful she still is, that Jennifer Aniston. She gave a huge heartfelt interview, but definitely take a look at those photos too. How stunning? I would sign up right away to look like that at 52. Yes, seriously: Jennifer is 52. Bi-zar. But the interview itself is also worth reading, because inside she is at least as beautiful as outside.
For example, she talks openly about the importance of social media nowadays. That she feels like she might become ‘out of touch’ and perhaps no longer relevant (I can hardly imagine that ever happening), but that she refuses to go on TikTok. That nowadays it's all about followers. But the most striking thing is what she has to say about the Friends reunion: it was heavier for her than she had thought beforehand.
‘Time travel is hard,’ she says about it. ‘I think we were just so naive walking into it, thinking, ‘How fun is this going to be? They’re putting the sets back together, exactly as they were.’ But when it came down to it, it turned out to be a bit more intense and not just ‘fun’. ‘It was all very jarring and, of course, you’ve got cameras everywhere and I’m already a little emotionally accessible, I guess you could say, so I had to walk out at certain points. I don’t know how they cut around it.’
The most painful thing for her was realizing how many years had passed. That all six actors had experienced a lot in the meantime. Beautiful, but certainly heavy moments. That during the reunion she thought back to how young she was then, how much she felt like her whole life was still ahead of her and how beautiful it would all become — and that this was not always the case.
Okay, I was already crying hard during that reunion, but now I can hardly watch it anymore, I believe.
Check out the entire interview here, because it is definitely worth watching.
