A word about Kim Kardashian's suit parade

Aside from Gaga's meat dress, there has probably never been an outfit discussed as often as Kim Kardashian's black suit at the Met Gala. By the way, we just call this a morph suit among carnival-goers. I even know a man who had to walk around all day in such a head-to-toe suit for his bachelor party. But Kim K. wouldn't be Kim K. if it wasn't from the hands of Balenciaga, of course. It led to hilarious memes, and for a moment I thought that would be it, but yesterday she popped up again in a bodysuit and now I just don't know what to think anymore.
Kim is of course already responsible for the fact that we suddenly all wear beige bike shorts without shame, and that's immediately the reason I have questions about this development. I'm just a bit afraid that next year we'll all be standing in clubs in morph suits. And then I still find a black skating suit manageable, but I'm just worried about this pink panty with a beige background.

The very first association I had with the pattern of Kim's pant suit was the curtain of Truus from an episode of Hotter Than My Daughter with Gordon. That could easily be the case if you zoom in on the background of Kim's living room. Movable clothing rack, faded carpet, and a cabinet that is probably just as valuable as my entire household, only you can't immediately tell that. Then I felt a huge figure skating-turn vibe coming up, with the only difference being that here as a woman you at least get to wear pants. What year is that branch of sport even living in? By the time they arrive in 2021, I know one thing for sure: this pattern is going to be a huge hit among figure skaters.
But let's be honest, because nothing human or Kardashian is strange to me: in three years I will probably read this piece back with a chuckle while I squeeze myself into my morph suit for a night out clubbing. We just need to find a clever solution for when you need to pee. And voilà: there you have the moment when you gain a renewed kind of respect for Kim's clothing choices.
