Attention: Justin Bieber is coming to the Netherlands

Ho. Stop the presses. I had no idea about this at all. Unbeknownst to me, I started up my laptop, made my coffee – the whole morning ritual, and checked my email. An email from American Express, where I got my credit card from. Usually, it's just annoying advertising, because all those bonus points they promise are usually not really my thing. The only big plus of Amex is that you can earn free flight tickets with it (and since I have a hole in my hand, I've already collected quite a few free ones).

But then. BUT THEN. Drumroll, please. Then I saw the name of Justin Bieber and well, I just had to click on that email. It turns out that The Biebs is going to perform? In the Netherlands? In Amsterdam? Why didn't I know this? Why wasn't this prominently displayed on billboards all over the country, on the front page of the newspaper, and continuously on the front page of Nu.nl? I would have been so upset if I missed this chance.

So here it is: he's coming. The Biebs is coming. On January 13, 2023, and yes, that's on a Friday but that definitely isn't an unlucky day, he will be at the Ziggo Dome. Okay, it's still a year and a half away, but that also means we have a year and a half to get rid of that Kaa Uu Tee-corona and just go wild on all his hits.
