Lidl pays tribute to André Hazes

Just leave it to Lidl to release something in the merchandise category again. This time it's an ode to André Hazes sr., also known as The OG of the André Hazessen, who would have turned 70 today. Apparently, we're celebrating this in style, because the collection is seriously quite extensive. And completely affordable, just like Lidl.

Okay, there are items that are just there for the fun of it, like a kite, referring to — surprisingly — one of his biggest hits The kite. But a hoodie with a sketch of Hazes himself on it, I wouldn't mind wearing that at all. In fact, I'm just going to do it. Well, if such an ANWB outfit sells out in no time, then this isn't really that strange, is it?

I find those slippers really hilarious and I wouldn't be surprised if they end up being the bestsellers of all the items. And then those socks that they naturally pair with, they're going to be a hit this festival season. And then chilling in the Hazes jogging pants. HAHA. What a delightful collection this is, there's not even a nice blouse included or anything, no, there are only clothing items in which you can chill very well. Well done.

In the seriously handy category, there's a cooler and it only costs ten euros. And such a large beach towel is only thirteen euros. What kind of prices are those, man? I bet they'll be sold out in all Lidls in no time. So you have to be quick if you want to shine in such a bathrobe or hoodie, because starting today they are for sale.
