Words that almost all of us say wrong (yes, shame)

It may be that you missed an article on Amayzine this year. That's why we've brought back our most read articles, including the one below. Happy holidays from the entire Amayzine team!
One of our sweetest former interns (no no, I'm not naming names) had quite a knack for aDvocado saying. Where Jet and I secretly got a bit of the shivers. At some point, we couldn't take it anymore and it had to be said. What turned out? That poor dear was completely unaware. Just like the many people who say ‘eXpresso’ by the way.
And yes, I also catch myself regularly on words that I think I pronounce normally, only to find out later that what I'm saying is totally wrong. Everyone must have those little words, you too. And therefore: rapapapapa, a list of words that almost all of us pronounce incorrectly. Starting with my absolute favorite chocolate friend.
Tony’s Chocolonely
Somehow, three-quarters of the Netherlands thinks it's ‘Tony's Tjokolonie’. And no, the word ‘Lonely’ is then overlooked.
Chorizo
I know that Robert Kranenborg and Julius Jaspers can get really annoyed by this. And the Spaniards probably too. We don't call this sausage ‘gooriezo’, but ‘tsjooriezo’, with the emphasis on the ‘ie’, yes.
Back then
Just take a deep breath. And hear this word echo in your head. How would you pronounce it yourself? BACK THEN? AT LEAST I DO. OR AM I JUST REALLY STUPID? The mindfuck: there isn't even a D. Back then.
Asperger's syndrome
How often do I still hear people say ‘asperzsjur’. And I get it: it sounds like that vegetable, yes. But you really say AsperGGGGGer. Okay?

Huh, fuck, is it again ‘reeklame’? Nope, the only correct pronunciation is ‘reklaame’, with a dull ‘e’. The same goes for ‘reportage’.
Catalog
An oldie but goldie, but it's still often said incorrectly. Not ‘kataloogus’, with the emphasis on ‘loo’, but Kataalogus. I still find it a thing. Kataaaaaalogus sounds so exaggerated.
Voucher
But, but, but… ‘voesjeeee’ sounds so French and hip. Yet only ‘vautsjer’ is correct. And you know it.
Bruschetta
And last but not least: ‘bruusjettaa’, right? What if I say that this delicious roasted garlic-tomato heaven is actually pronounced as ‘broeskettaa’?
