See: the trailer for the upcoming Harry Potter reunion

In the category of ‘I feel like I’m a hundred years old today’: there’s going to be a Harry Potter reunion. And while I could swear that the last movie came out yesterday. But no, the last part came out in 2011. TEN years ago. Whuuut. Then it’s indeed high time for a reunion. Luckily, it’s coming up.
HBO released the trailer last night, which shows that Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Emma Watson (Hermione), and Rupert Grint (Ron) are seeing each other again. Rupert says: ‘We will always have a strong bond.’ It must be said: they all look really mega good. A good glow-up, if you look at the flashbacks of the young kids they were at the beginning of the Harry Potter series.
But the man with the glow-up of all glow-ups is thankfully also there: Neville Longbottom, aka Matthew Lewis. The man who turned the word ‘Longbottomed‘ into a verb. From the nerdy kid with the crazy teeth to an incredibly attractive guy. Did anyone think Neville would become the best-looking in the class? No, right?
The whole reunion is in full Harry Potter style: stepping onto platform 9 3/4, dining at Hogwarts, all the actors are there… Except of course Severus Snape, because the brilliant actor Alan Rickman passed away far too early in 2016.
When (and if?) the reunion will be shown in the Netherlands is still unknown, but the lucky ones with HBO can watch it on New Year’s Day. I don’t know, but I’m really getting in the mood to read the books and watch the movies again. Anyone up for a marathon?
