The Peaky fookin’ Blinders are stopping

It's really nice that everyone says that ‘stopping at your peak’ is really the best, but HELLO, it's just really quite crap when one of your favorite series, which in my opinion is still one big highlight, decides that after the next season it's enough. Great then. With those kinds of series, I actually prefer that they continue endlessly and you can only complain while still watching out of some sort of hatewatch thing. Hi, Grey’s Anatomy.
But well, that’s not going to happen with Peaky Blinders. The sixth season will be the last and then it's finito. The silver lining is that this sixth season was actually supposed to come out at the end of 2020, but yeah, the coronies were already everywhere and so it got delayed. Just imagine, otherwise we would already be hopeless when it comes to Peaky Blinders. Pure misery.
Unfortunately, the wait is going to take a really long time again, because according to rumors, season six is now only coming out at the end of 2021 or even the beginning of 2022. WHUT. Okay, so should we just start rewatching everything from the beginning? Just a little refresher course.
Is there really no hope? Yes, there is. The creator himself also finds it quite a shame that they are stopping and as far as he is concerned, the story is not finished yet. He keeps it nice and vague, says that this will be the best season ever and that they will definitely continue – just not on TV. Uh, how then? Are you going to release three thousand board games or something? Very curious about what exactly is meant by this, but we will find out. In 2022. And yes, that really takes a very long time.
