The Sinner season 4: this will be the story

To be honest: I often forget about The Sinner a bit. I really thought the first season was very cool (I think everyone did) and the second was just entertaining. I think the third season — which I actually found very enjoyable — therefore received a bit less attention. But maybe it’s the case that the fourth will get the attention it deserves because the third season was less well received. Finally, the plot has been revealed, and there is seriously quite a bit to look forward to.

Starting with the main character, who will be portrayed by Alice Kremelberg. Yes, I had to Google that name too, but she is a familiar face, especially if you have watched Orange Is The New Black. She played Nicole in that series and in The Sinner she is again a very different type than we saw in the previous seasons in the lead role.

Of course, the storyline is also completely different; except that it revolves around a murder again; you can go in all directions with that. Kremelberg plays Percy Muldoon, who lives with her family in Maine. They make their income from fishing and are known in their area, mainly for lobster fishing. Now I have a serious phobia of everything that lives in water, so this already sounds like horror to me, but when their family is struck by a mysterious death, it all becomes even grimmer.

As was already known, Bill Pullman also returns as detective Harry Ambrose (the only one who appears in all seasons). And the release date… Unfortunately, we still have to wait a bit for that. Just like for a trailer. But I can tell you: I am looking forward to an exciting whodunnit series again.
