Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and even the newsletters in my email are all about Kourtney Kardashian's avocado smoothie bowl. This has been on her menu every day for years, so I had to try it, of course. Well, you know what they say: better late than never. For all the ingredients, you have to go to multiple stores or you need to have a gigantic XXL supermarket nearby, then you can probably succeed in one go. Once you've gathered everything: just chop, measure, and blend. The first bites take some getting used to, but I’m starting to understand more and more why this drink is so popular. Besides the fact that it’s very healthy, of course. Avocados contain a lot of good fats, vitamins, and fibers, which keep you feeling full longer, and dates are a source of minerals. The vitamins give the mixture a sweet taste, which makes me very happy in the morning. Then there's the MCT oil: the healthiest oil there is, which helps maintain a healthy gut flora. The recipe also includes a packet of superfood, but I skip that. I've been eating it for a week now and I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's. You won't be hungry until lunch, you start the day with the right fuel, and the taste is really a bit addictive. If I were you, I would definitely give this a chance, because the chances are high that it will become your new favorite breakfast.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 teaspoon MCT oil
Dates or 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
