After my Sunday offline I want to make my bedroom a phone-free zone. But, my phone is my alarm clock and therefore I need a nice clock next to the bed. One that wakes me up in a not too harsh way, because that makes me a grumpy creature. A requirement is that the alarm clock looks a bit good, because I just renovated my entire bedroom but that is quite difficult. It should be a bit retro, but actually digital without being one of those ugly black devices. It would be nice if it's also reasonably priced, because who in God's name buys an alarm clock for over fifty euros? For now, I'm hesitating between a Karlsson and Gingko, but I'm not convinced yet.
