tohu

In the Amayzine app, our daily coffee chat took place on Wednesday. Within a nanosecond, it turned to wine. It was before ten, so a bit early for us. But what I like to grab from the white wine shelf these days, our Lot wanted to know. I almost didn't dare to say it, because I'm quite fond of Chardonnay, but lately, I've been increasingly indulging in Sauvignon. My go-to wine is now one that is normally only available with a Sligro card, but this pandemic brings the huge advantage that everyone can dive into the wholesale. So just google the nearest Sligro and stop by for a box of Tohu. In the context: no better advice than stock. It's a white wine from the Marlborough region in New Zealand. It's light, it's eeeenormously fruity and a flavorful companion for your drinks, your fish, or a vegan meal. And the Sligro nowadays feels like an outing in itself, so that also increases the fun. Cheers, right, to a wet February.
