Technical ingenuity was never really my thing. Of course, I got excited about a new Mac or iPhone, but gadgets? Nah. But maybe I can't do without them as easily as I thought.

Do you remember that I was looking for the very best noise canceling headphones because I was going crazy due to the renovation of my new neighbors? Well, this is part two of the story. My neighbor lady is now happily living in her renovated condo and I have become completely dependent on my headphones. In everything. With every canceled sound, I understand less how I used to manage. You know, before noise canceling. I almost sleep with the thing, but other than that…

That’s where the problem arises, because I also work out with my noise canceling. Only the device needs just as much of a shower after my half hour on the bike as I do. It also felt a bit warm on the ears and I just didn’t find it completely fresh. So I needed a headset that is less clammy on the ears but still stays put when I start swinging weights. I ended up with the sport headphones from Sony. They stay in place even when I’m headbanging and I hear absolutely nothing and no one anymore (so I also wear them outside of working out when it suits me). They are also splash-proof, so you can just wash them after use. Just like yourself. A tip from me to you.
