Wow, Kylie Jenner is unrecognizable in new campaign
Last night I was scrolling aimlessly when I came across a photo of someone I vaguely recognized, but a bell didn't really ring. It was on Reddit, so I checked which topic it was: that of the Kardashians (of course, I'm only subscribed to real quality). Okay great, someone from the Kardashians then. But... Who exactly?
Well, it turns out to be Kylie in a new photo for her brand Kylie Cosmetics. Then I have two questions. First: why is there nowhere on that billboard that this is the brand it's all about and second: this can't be Kylie, right? It looks more like a photo of some Bollywood star. Now I've checked it, but Kylie has no roots there. Anyway, I often forget that she just has a white skin color. Her sisters are of course half Armenian, but by now she looks more like them than her full sister Kendall.
But okay, it really is Kylie and people are confused. The comparison to Bollywood is being made, others think it looks more like an advertisement for a drag queen show or the result of a mix between Kylie and Cher. Either way: I think we can say that quite a bit of Photoshop has been involved here... What a shame.
Funny: there was even speculation on the internet whether it was BFF Stassi, made up as Kylie as some sort of promo stunt. A bit à la The Power Of Make-Up. Honestly: that would be quite a good one.
