Jen & Ben together for the first time

The dream couple of the year, Bennifer 2.0, is your hope in fearful, gray days. Not a PR stunt, but just good old rekindled love. Suddenly there was a photo of an intimate family dinner and then those amazing, a-ma-zing, AMAZING photos on the motor yacht. After the ventilation was disconnected that we needed after seeing Jennifer's (53, yes, 53) body, the defibrillator could come out of the closet to calm the heart a bit when we saw the photos of Ben and Jen together. Bennifer 2.0 was a fact and it colored our summer.

This week they actually had two outings where they had a public appearance. First the MET Gala where we saw the two lovebirds pecking each other on the lips. They didn't even bother to remove their masks. People say that Jen seized her chance because kissing with a mask on with chain-smoking Ben was a lot more pleasant, or maybe they wanted to be the best-behaved kids in class. In any case, it resulted in a photo that has circulated in quite a few group chats.

Yesterday the two went out again. Ben was the first to get out of the limousine and cheers erupted as he turned around to open the door of the right passenger side. There came Jennifer in a cream-colored, form-fitting dress with a great neckline out of the car. She stood there very nervously and awkwardly by the car. I think she had been given the task to pose next to the logo of the car brand, because she was standing there looking a bit huh-awkward and had for the first time in her public life a bit of a nervous smile. Then Ben pulled her towards him and there was the redeeming kiss. Public happy, Bennifer happy. Sometimes life is just beautiful.
