Celebs who got blue with another celeb

To strike out: for many, it is the biggest nightmare. Luckily, I have never struck out, but that is purely due to the fact that I never dare to approach anyone. Given that I am still single, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this tactic, but reading the situations below, it might just be the best way for me. Aiii, prepare to cringe.

1. Jonathan Safran Foer with Natalie Portman
I find this such a bizarre story. The author of Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close was quite taken with the actress, and it was mutual. Natalie Portman had been impressed by Foer since his first book, Everything Is Illuminated. They got in touch via email. He wrote a book that convinced Portman to become vegan; there was a real connection between the two. So much so that Foer told his wife (because he was married at the time) that he had fallen in love with someone else, an incredibly beautiful, intelligent actress. And off he went. The only problem was that he hadn't discussed this with Natalie, and she absolutely didn't feel the same — she was also married, and there was no love on her side. So she rejected him.

The actress shared this on his late-night show. She really wanted to date him and had a crush on him. So when she finally met him, she wanted to seize her chance, but it went a bit differently. Jimmy had no idea until she told him.

She wrote the song Enchanted about their meeting because she had a crush on him afterward. It's a very cute, sweet song and quite innocent. Ah, this one hurts a bit due to the sudden passing of the singer. By the way, I also struck out with him because I was first in love with him when I was about nine years old, and nothing ever came of it. Well, makes sense, right? Claire Danes was 17 when she played with Leo in Romeo & Juliet, he was 21 at the time. He thought she was way too young, she was incredibly in love. But who wouldn't? I would faint during every scene if I were her. He was so incredibly handsome back then.
