INGREDIENTS
85 grams of butter
170 ml water
110 grams of flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of nutmeg
3 eggs
Package of cream cheese (200 grams)
100 grams of grated cheese
Splash of cream
Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
Pepper and salt

Here's how to make the filled cheese puffs:

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and nutmeg together in a bowl.
  2. In a large pot, bring the water and butter to a boil. Add the flour all at once.
  3. Stir well with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth dough.
  4. Put the pot back on the heat and mix for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat and add the eggs one by one, stirring continuously.
  6. Using a piping bag, make small mounds on the grill pan accessory and bake the puffs for about 15 minutes at 160 degrees in the Airfryer.
  7. The puffs are already very tasty, but you can also fill them.
  8. Make the filling by whipping the cream cheese and grated cheese with a mixer until fluffy.
  9. Add some cream to make the mousse a bit smoother. Season with smoked paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  10. Fill the puffs with the cheese cream using a piping bag.
