If everyone is pouring coffee with oat milk, then I order an espresso. Preferably even a double. Consider it my life elixir. It is certainly a quarter of me. And when you hear that the two best coffee restaurants in the Netherlands are hosting a coffee dinner (!) in my hometown The Hague, then you go. The Local from Amersfoort and Capriole Café are organizing the Top Two Coffee Dinner. It is a vegan five-course dinner with coffee incorporated in every course, sometimes clearly present and sometimes subtly for the taste. The fun part is that you don't have to go all the way to The Hague if you're coming from Amersfoort, because the dinner can be tasted in both restaurants. I am definitely lying at Capriole on the sidewalk. And if you are a true coffee snob (lover of course), then you know where to be.
