15 x emojis that we would like to add on WhatsApp
The clown doll has been my favorite emoji for years. I place it behind almost every message because the little clown makes everything you say more cheerful. And often I just feel like a clown when I have nothing in order in my life. I can't imagine a life without this icon, and not at all without emojis. After all, an emoji says more than a thousand words. Despite the large number of emojis, I still really miss quite a few. Fortunately, they are regularly ‘supplemented’, so hopefully we will see the next emojis in our WhatsApp one day.
1. Chicken nugget emoji
There are already plenty of delicious snacks in emoji form; from donuts and cupcakes to dumplings and burgers, but I would love for them to replace the chicken wing with a chicken nugget. I really think everyone will be happier with this.
2. Cheese soufflé emoji
In line with chicken nuggets, I would also like to see a cheese soufflé in WhatsApp. Quite handy, then you can place your FEBO order with just one click.
3. Hungry emoji
I would also like to have a ‘hangry’ emoji. We can already use a number of angry faces, but the anger caused by being hungry is really a different ball game. I would find an emoji with a growling empty stomach quite appropriate.
4. Not-in-love-anymore emoji
All those hearts in different colors, with or without arrows, love-struck eyes and kiss emojis, in short: enough emojis for when you are head over heels in love. But what if you are no longer in love? Then there is only the red broken heart. So there should definitely be more emojis made for that, like an emoji for when you no longer like the other person, which you can use when you want to subtly indicate that there will be no follow-up date. I’m not quite sure what it should look like, maybe something with a ‘no’, ‘sorry’ and a question mark?
5. No-want-to-exercise emoji
I will use this one very often if it ever comes to market. I was thinking of an emoji lying on the couch with a bag of chips, or a new version of the existing muscle arm emoji, but then limp and thin, indicating that you don't have the strength to exercise.
6. Emoji with colored hair
At the moment, there are only emojis available with natural hair colors, but how many people dye their hair these days? It would be much more fun if there were also emojis with pink, purple, green, and blue hair.
7. The emoji with injected lips
How funny would that be, a small emoji with very large injected lips. I find that humorous.
8. The ‘squinting’ eyes in blue/green/gray
With my brown eyes, I am lucky that I can use the squinting emojis. I send those two little eyes and that one eye very often to people. But I do think (that's just me) that these little eyes should come in all colors, I wish that joy for everyone.
9. A tracksuit
Nice and all those clothing items, but where is the tracksuit? Exactly, that is still missing. And what do we prefer to wear? Exactly, a tracksuit. Oh yes, there should also be a sports legging.
10. I'm-late emoji
When I'm late, I usually send the running emoji, like: I'm on my way. But yes, I'm not even close, so as a latecomer, I really need an emoji for this. Maybe someone looking at a clock crying?
11. More dogs
I would like to see more dogs. Right now, there are only two very decent Labradors available, but I would like some cheerful stray dog emojis to be added.
12. I-want-to-go-home emoji
How nice would this emoji be when you've had enough at a party? Then you can just send this emoji to your friends and they can prepare for your Houdini.
12. I-fell-for-it-again emoji
When you have ended up in bed with your ex for the umpteenth time and your friend texts you in the morning asking where you are. Well, you don't even feel like explaining that. And you don't have to if there was an emoji for this.
13. I'm-on-the-phone emoji
I find it genuinely strange that this doesn't exist yet, how often does this happen? Instead of sending a message that you are on the phone, you just quickly send an emoji. Or if you don't like calling (like me), you can use this emoji to pretend you are busy talking.
14. Babies with hair
Is it just me or are the baby emojis a bit creepy? I think it's because of that one weird tuft of hair. Babies are born with a full head of hair, so I would like to see some babies with hair added.
15. Non-alcoholic drinks
There are plenty of alcoholic drinks among the emojis, such as wine, beer, and martinis. But when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks, there is only a carton of apple juice and a glass of milk. Maybe a bottle of Pellegrino could be added?
