A fast fashion chain with a sustainable mission: H&M is going strong. In addition to a rental and repair service, H&M is now also coming with a Resell department. This weekend, the very first spot opened in Amsterdam-Noord, where you can now buy (from various brands) and drop off second-hand clothing alongside regular H&M clothing.
Interested in the drop-off story? Through the H&M app, you can create a special account here to make a drop-off appointment. The idea is that your clothing hangs in the store for five weeks, during which you receive a portion of the sale price. If your clothing doesn't sell? Then your clothing will be picked up by H&M's textile collection and processed into brand new products. How cool is that? I'm diving into my closet right away, what about you?
