You know you have the right job when you say ‘yes’ to these 8 things

A job is necessary to pay for your life. Sure, we all know that. But it should also be fun, right?.
After all, you do it quite a lot of hours a day, in a week, in a month. And that year after year. How do you know if you really are in the right place? How do you know if you are doing something that really suits you? That's very simple. You know it when you can say ‘yes’ to these 8 things.
1. You wake up with energy
Okay, I also need a cup of coffee first. But then... I look forward to the day. A lot. I want to smash it, shine, do things, arrange things. I enjoy my working hours and genuinely feel sorry when it’s 5 PM again.
2. You do it in all your free hours too
Honestly? In the evenings, I often have the most inspiration. And when you do something you really enjoy, it takes no effort to do that in the evenings or weekends as well. Then working feels like a hobby, like a passion.
3. You are cheerful
I think I am quite a cheerful and happy person. That’s partly because every day I work on something I enjoy. Something that makes me happy. This perfect job ensures that I am a happier person, a happier mother, a happier wife, and a happier friend. Good for the people around you.
4. You have long-term goals
You’re not just drifting along and you’ll see. No. You have clear visions and plans for the coming years. You know where you want to go and you walk your path at your own pace. You will get there. Really.
5. You have work friends
No job can remain fun without nice colleagues. After all: the people you deal with every day determine how enjoyable the atmosphere is at the office. Do you have work buddies? Good for you. They determine your work happiness.
6. You talk about it annoyingly much
Here it is again: if you have the dream job of your life, then it is your passion. Your appetite and your life. So you like to talk about it a lot, to everyone.
7. You show off your job
You are proud of yourself and what you do and you show it. On LinkedIn, on Instagram; everywhere. And no, that’s not silly. It’s a business card of yourself and that can be very interesting from a business perspective for other partners or collaborations.
8. You are always busy with it
Even when you go to sleep, you think about what you want to arrange tomorrow or what the best plans are for this and that project. You think ahead, you live your job. Of course, you have a life besides it, but this is a big part of who you are. Not what you do, who you are.
