New season of Married At First Sight USA is now on Videoland

Purely out of lack of alternatives, I have started watching Married At First Sight Australia again, even though I am completely up to date with it. Those seasons are so entertaining that I can keep rewatching them (and there are enough episodes in total), but I immediately canceled that rewatch session when I saw that a new season is available on Videoland. LOVE IT.

Okay, it is the American version, but that shouldn't dampen the fun. The concept is pretty much the same and, as with almost everything, everything is bigger (and better?) in America. The seasons I have watched from the USA version are quite dramatic, it's unbearable. Do we still remember Paige and Chris from season two? That poor, naive Paige who gave the best man a hundred thousand chances, while he was proclaiming that he had impregnated his ex, didn't find her attractive (even though they had sex just a few hours before), then still wanted to give the marriage a chance, never showed up for couples therapy, and then at the end — spoiler alert — also said ‘yes’?! What a rollercoaster that was.

My expectations for season fourteen, which has just come online, are therefore very high. The season has already aired in America, so you can spoil yourself on which couples are still together, but it is of course more fun to go in blank.

My predictions: Katina and Olajuwon are true love, Noi and Steve will fight each other out, and Lindsey and Mark are going to bore us. Well, by the way: boredom is not an option of course: I have already canceled all my plans for tonight.
