Always nice to see someone from your high school again later, especially if they've made it. I seriously wonder if even one of my former classmates will have that, because I was kicked out of high school at seventeen because I was simply unmanageable. So if any of my former classmates are reading this: hi, I'm doing well! I've landed on my feet.
One of my former classmates was definitely going to make it, that was already clear back then. Still, it's nice to see that it actually happened. And how. I suddenly spotted Kristel de Groot in Forbes 30 Under 30. Quite impressive. Why was she mentioned? That's because of her company Your Super, from which I now have a few items at home.
My New Year's resolution is — like about 90 percent of society — to exercise more and eat healthier. And I thought that Your Super could help me with that, as they have powder mixes with organic superfoods like spirulina, matcha, and turmeric. All natural, vegan, and gluten-free. Can't go wrong, right?
Of course, I have the Skinny Protein in line with the exercise theme, but my favorites so far are the Super Green (with spirulina, chlorella, and baobab among others) and the Forever Beautiful (with chia seeds, acai, and blueberries among others). I must honestly admit that this is seriously the first time in my life that I'm using this kind of superfoods and/or powder, and so far, I'm not disappointed.
I add it in the morning to my smoothie bowl and then drink it simply with a glass of water. Quite easy, and you immediately get good nutrients. So far, I'm doing really well with my resolutions for 2022.
